 Maria Lameiro

Maria is the mother of three amazing children, the wife of a wonderful supporting husband, and together we have grown to be a beautiful strong family. The most important lessons that Maria has learned have been taught by her family, and she continuously learns something new with the daily interaction with her children.  Maria is passionate about her job as a childbirth professional, immensely enjoys empowering women through education, and truly believes that birth should be defined by each new mother's wishes.  Maria´s role as a childbirth educator, doula and breast-feeding counselor is different with each family and is defined by you.

  • Many years of practice as a Childbirth Professional and Breastfeeding Counselor in Europe and Canada with over 25 births/year in a variety of settings (home, birth-centre, hospital) and types of birth (natural, water, hypno-birthing, C-sections, etc.)
  • Instructor of private and group pre-natal classes

Malka Tabak

Malka Tabak is the proud mother of three wonderful boys, and the wife of a loving and very supportive husband.  She loves empowering families through the wonderful and sometimes challenging experience of parenting.

Training and Experience

 She is a trained Cappa postpartum Doula, and CBI (Childbirth International) trained labour Doula.  Malka Tabak has been assisting families for over 10 years.

Malka enjoys being around children and is passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.

Malka is continuously expanding her knowledge to offer the best support during this important time in your lives.
