We are passionate about birth and very excited to be part of this important event in your life - the birth of your baby!! At DoulaNatur we are totally dedicated to our clients, and we want to pamper you. With this objective, we have developed various DoulaNatur Services Packages.
The following is a guide to get a general idea of our Packages & Services, but please bear in mind that everything is personalized to you and we are open to developing your own Doula Services Package at reduced fees.
Our services include: developing your BirthPlan, Doula Support Services during the whole birthing process; we will be available to answer questions over the phone/e-mail once you hire us; you will have full access to our literature and web-forums; and we will be on-call 2 weeks before your due date.

Notes:
Additional prenatal, birth or post-partum hours can be added to any package at $30/hr in the comfort of your own home, hospital or birth centre. Generally, please reserve additional hours at least 1-2 weeks in advance in order to ensure availability during your requested dates.
* Labour and Delivery generally takes place at your Home, a Hospital or Birth Centre. Immediate Post-Partum hours are given immediately after baby's birth in order to provide support to new mom, dad and baby, including breast-feeding.
** Prenatal and Post-Partum Visits: Take place in the comfort of your own home or our location, and are generally 2 hours per visit. Within the Post-Partum hours breast-feeding support with baby can be given by our Doula who is a Certified Breastfeeding Counsellor.
*** Payment terms: 50% upon signing, and 50% post-dated cheque with 38th week pregancy date. Prices indicated do not include additional GST costs.
**** In order to receive this HypnoBirthing® Labour-Support Package, it is necessary for the birthing mother and partner to attend a private or group class from a Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner. Please see our HypnoBirthing® Section for available packages, or consider taking the package listed above that already includes the HypnoBirthing® Prenatal Group Class at a discounted rate, at our location (Finch Ave E & Don Mills Rd).
What can you expect from DoulaNatur's Labour and Post-Partum Doula Services?
First, both of us will meet to review your expectations and wishes, and how we can provide you with your own customized Doula Services. If you like our approach, we will book our next meeting in a convenient place, this could be your own home, Doula´s location.
Generally, meetings will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during:
- Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am - 2:00 pm,
- Saturday or Sundays, between 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Once you decide to hire your doula she will:
1) Meet with you at your home or our location for the package hours, during 2 hour visits, before the birth of your baby. Additional visits to cover further breathing and relaxation, prenatal and postnatal exercises are available - price and availability can be discussed.
2) Be available for unlimited phone consultations, generally during daytime hours.
3) Be on-call two weeks before your estimaded due date, she will be contacted when you think you might be in labour, and will be by your side during labour, providing you with comfort techniques such as massage, breathing, visualization, deep relaxation techniques. She will remain with you up to the hours indicated (in the package of your choice) post-partum and help with baby’s first feedings, soothing, etc.
4) Visit your house post-partum, during 2 hour visits to help you with feeding your baby (including breast feeding counselling), and to answer any questions about you and baby care.
